Their chicken and dressing and pasta dishes are awesome, as well. I work in tourism at a historic home in Tuscumbia. I am constantly asked about where to eat. “ I LOVE Alabama Bliss! I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten there. I recently got some of their "Take & Bake" meals and served them at my son's 30th birthday party. It was a hit! Everyone raved about the food & came back for seconds (and thirds). I served their crack potatoes, baked spaghetti and poppyseed chicken. All I had to do was pop it in the oven and it was ready by the time all the guests arrived. I've gotten their chicken & dressing and a quart of their yummy chicken salad before too. Everything I've ever gotten from Bliss has been excellent! I drive from Madison - an hour and a half - to get food so that's a testament to how good it is! Thanks for all your help Miranda! ”

We were also given some complimentary strawberry and blueberry biscuits as they were closing up their outside food cart/stand when we approached. Very nice staff and very good food! ”
